What are “Holy Johnny,” “How Much Do You Love Me”, and “Century Man”?

These are all new songs Mika has performed at his live shows. “Holy Johnny”, and “How Much Do You Love Me” were incorporated into Mika’s regular live performances in 2007 and 2008, while “Century Man” has only been performed once; at a show in New York City after Mika’s August 2007 appearance on Good Morning America. Due to venue restrictions on recording equipment, no recordings of this performance have surfaced. "Holy Johnny" can be found on Mika's 2007 Live in Cartoon Motion DVD.
